Homes By DePhillips was started by Michael J. DePhillips (Mick) back in 1973. Mick has built over 500 executive homes in the Des Moines metropolitan area, each one with a superior attention to detail.
Homes by DePhillips has evolved with the construction industry. Mick and his son Kevin, are now more able to deliver same superior attention to detail on each and every home.
We specialize in building custom homes from the drawing board up. We rarely build the same house plan twice which is why we feel we are the only choice when it comes to customizing ones home.
