Kevin walks your homesite with you to understand views, natural light, topography, and environment. This ensures your future home fits elegantly and naturally into its surroundings.
You collaborate directly with Kevin and our architects/design partners to create a custom home. Together, you review floor plans, elevations, room flow, materials, and lifestyle features.
Once the design is refined, Kevin organizes transparent pricing with our handpicked, industry-leading vendors and partners. These partners are chosen specifically for their craftsmanship, reliability, and shared commitment to excellence.
Before breaking ground, Kevin conducts a final review with you to confirm: Construction schedule Architectural plans Material selections Engineering details Permit readiness
This is where the craftsmanship shines. Kevin is on-site throughout the build, coordinating crews, verifying quality, and ensuring the vision stays intact.
Throughout the build, you make design and finish selections with our select, high-end vendors—tile experts, cabinetry artisans, lighting specialists, flooring masters, and more.

At every milestone, Kevin conducts rigorous quality checks. Nothing passes without his approval.
Once every detail is complete and meets Kevin’s standards, you walk through your finished home together. Any final touches are perfected before you move in.

Your relationship with Homes by DePhillips doesn’t end on move-in day. Kevin remains available for questions, guidance, and support. We treat clients like family. Many return to build again and refer neighbors and friends. You always have direct access to the person who built your home.
